International ROENTGEN Day Celebration – 2024

On the occasion of International Radiology Day, IDOR-2024, the Department of Radio Diagnosis at SCMCH&RI organized a CME program for doctors, interns, and students.
The objectives of the event were to:
- Celebrate the discovery of X-rays by German physicist Sir W.C. Roentgen.
- Highlight the importance and historical significance of this discovery.
- Update attendees on recent advancements in the field of radiology.
Dr. Nanjaraj C.P., HOD of Radio Diagnosis, welcomed the gathering and emphasized the importance of Radiology Day. Following the welcome address, the celebration continued with lighting of the lamp and a cake cutting ceremony, marking the occasion of Radiology Day.
