Nurses Induction Program 2026
Venue: MEU Hall, SCMCH College Block
Dates: 7th – 9th July 2026
The Nurses Induction Program was organized by MEU department from 7th to 9th July 2026, with around 26 newly joined nurses participating. The program blended institutional orientation with clinical training, ensuring nurses are equipped with essential knowledge, skills, and professional values.
Administrative Orientation – Mrs. Seema & Team
The induction began with a comprehensive overview of institutional policies and values. HR guidelines, statutory benefits, maternity provisions, and leave policies were explained in detail. Performance evaluation systems, grievance redressal mechanisms, and disciplinary procedures were emphasized.
Nurses were oriented on resignation protocols, prolonged absence rules, and welfare initiatives. Special focus was placed on gender sensitivity and professional ethics to ensure a respectful workplace.
