Cleverground PG E-Logbook Implementation
The Department of Medical Education (MEU) at Sri Chamundeshwari Medical College Hospital & Research Institute (SCMCH&RI) successfully completed a comprehensive two-phase implementation of the CleverGround postgraduate eLogbook platform. Following a successful virtual demonstration in December 2025, a live, hands-on workshop was conducted on 16th January 2026 for all PG Guides and Coordinators.
This initiative aligns our academic tracking with NMC and PGMER 2023 guidelines, empowering faculty to digitally manage and alter competencies, assign assessments, and verify student progress in real-time. By transitioning to this digital ecosystem, SCMCH&RI ensures that our postgraduates can systematically document clinical skills, thesis progress, and conference participations, ultimately
fostering a transparent, efficient, and future-ready medical education environment.
