National Doctors’ Day Celebration – 2026
Sri Chamundeshwari Medical College Hospital & Research Institute proudly celebrated National Doctors’ Day on 2 July 2026 with great enthusiasm, reverence, and professional pride. The occasion commemorated the birth and death anniversary of the legendary physician and former Chief Minister of West Bengal, Bharat Ratna Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, and served as a heartfelt tribute to the dedication, compassion, and invaluable service rendered by doctors to society.
The successful conduct of the event was made possible through the unwavering support and encouragement of our beloved Founder Chairman, Dr. A. C. Shanmugam; Managing Trustee of Sri Ranga Educational Trust, Smt. Lalitha Lakshmi; President, Sri A. C. S. Arun Kumar; Executive Director, Dr. S. Vijayanand; and Medical Director, Dr. Naveen S. The constant encouragement and guidance extended by the dignitaries of Sri Chamundeshwari Medical College Hospital & Research Institute, particularly Principal Dr. Pravin G.
