Orfiq LMS platform training
The Medical Education Unit organized a demo and orientation session on the Orfiq LMS platform on 3rd June 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM in the MEU Hall. The program commenced with a formal welcome by Dr. Yashaswini M.K., MEU Coordinator and HOD of Microbiology, who introduced the Orfiq team members — Mr. Ravichandra, Mrs. Deepa, and Mr. Raghavendra. The team began by explaining the vision behind the creation of the platform, emphasizing its role in enabling Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) implementation at scale. The CEO of Orfiq, Dr. Anil, joined virtually via Zoom, greeted the participants, and shared his insights on the platform’s mission.
The orientation, led by Mrs. Deepa, highlighted the platform’s capabilities for institutional leadership, including real-time academic insights, accreditation-ready evidence for NAAC, NIRF, and QS rankings, faculty workload management, and compliance automation. The demo showcased intelligent workflows for curriculum planning, timetabling, collaborative curriculum creation, and linking curriculum to evidence. Faculty members were introduced to features such as AI-assisted teaching content generation, flipped classrooms, question banks, and continuous student progress tracking.
