In an effort to promote safety and empower female students, a self Defence workshop was conducted at Sri Chamundeshwari Medical College Hospital and Research Institute on 31st August, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The workshop was designed to equip participants with essential skills and techniques to protect themselves in situations of potential assault or harassment. Led by professional trainers from OSK Federation of India who specialise in personal safety and self-Defence,
the session aimed to build confidence, awareness, and readiness among female students, enabling them to handle challenging encounters more effectively.
